I've spent more than 25 years in hospitality, from the front lines of guest service to hotel executive leadership. Along the way, I've worked with some of the industry's most recognized brands and learned something important: hotels rarely struggle because people don't care.
They struggle because leadership is stretched, opportunities get missed and there simply isn't enough time to focus on everything at once. I founded Celebrate Hospitality to fill that gap.
Today I work directly with hotel owners and hospitality teams on the things that move the business — revenue, sales, distribution, operations, leadership and guest experience. I'm not interested in handing you a beautiful report and disappearing. I want to understand what's happening inside your business, figure out what can improve and help move it forward.
